Use or discharge of any fireworks upon city streets, alleyways, parks or any municipality-owned property is strictly prohibited unless special privileges have been granted by the Town Council no less than one month prior to the event. Consumer fireworks shall only be permitted on the user’s property or by permission of the property owner.
