§ 90.10  CONFINEMENT OF CERTAIN DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS.
   All owners shall confine within a building or secure enclosure every vicious dog or any dog, cat, or other animal when in heat or rutting, and it shall be unlawful for any owner to remove such dog, cat, or other animal from such building or enclosure at any time so as to permit contact with another animal except for breeding purposes.
