(A) It shall be unlawful for any owner of any dog, cat, or animal to allow such dog, cat, or animal to run at large at any time within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) The Animal Warden or any police officers of the town are hereby given authority to destroy any vicious dog found running at large which cannot be safely captured and impounded.
