(A)
A person shall not operate a golf cart or ATV on Highway 26 or Highway 39/U.S. Highway 421, except to cross such highways in a perpendicular manner.
(B) A person shall not operate a golf cart or ATV on a sidewalk.
(C) A person shall not operate a golf cart or ATV in the town park except in areas specifically designated for vehicle traffic.
(D) A person shall not operate a golf cart or ATV on the walking trail in the town park.
