§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 70.01 through 70.10 shall, upon a first finding of such violation, be subject to a fine not to exceed $50, and upon a second finding of such violation, be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.

      (2)   Each violation shall constitute a separate offense and be subject to a separate fine.

      (3)   If a person accumulates two or more violations within a calendar year, the person’s golf cart registration shall be suspended.

      (4)   ATV violations shall be subject to the Indiana Codes regulating traffic and Department of Natural Resources violations.
