139.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Chief" means the Chief of the Rossford Fire and Rescue Department.
   (b)   "Department" means and includes all members of the Department.
   (c)   "City" means the City of Rossford, Ohio.
