(a) News Media. The Clerk shall give at least twenty-four hours advance oral or written notice of the time(s), place(s) and purpose(s) of special meetings of any Municipal body to the news media that have requested advance notice, pursuant to these rules, and subject to the provision relating to emergency meetings under Section 115.08(b).

(b) Persons Requesting Notice of Discussion of Specific Types of Public Business. The Clerk shall give oral or written notice of the time(s) and place(s) of the scheduled discussion at regular or special meetings of specific types of public business to persons that have requested advance notice, pursuant to these rules.
