1325.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION AND FEE.
   No person shall wreck, demolish or raze any structure or remove any structure from its present premises without first obtaining a permit from the Municipal Administrator.
   Any of the persons mentioned in Section 1325.01 may apply for a permit, using an application form that may be obtained from the Municipal Administrator.
   The application shall set forth the nature of the structure involved, its location, the name of the person having charge thereof and the name of the contractor, employee or agent intending to perform the wrecking, demolishing, razing or removing services with respect thereto. A brief statement as to what is proposed to be done with the structure, including the period of time involved, shall be included. The applicant shall pay a fee for the permit, the amount of which shall be established by ordinance.
