§ 53.078 ELECTRONIC REPORTING.

The POTW Director may develop procedures for the receipt of electronic reports for any reporting requirements of this chapter. Such procedures shall comply with 40 CFR pt. 3. These procedures shall be enforceable under §§ 53.100 through 53.103 of this chapter.
