§ 53.019 RIGHT OF REVISION.
   The town reserves the right to establish limitations and requirements that are more stringent than those required by either state or federal regulation if deemed necessary to comply with the objectives presented in § 53.001 of this chapter, or the general and specific prohibitions in § 53.015 of this chapter, as is allowed by 40 CFR 403.4.
