(A) Generally. When recommended by the Planning Board and directed by the Town Board, the following additional improvements shall be required in those new subdivisions which are located entirely within the corporate limits of the town and are adjacent or connected to streets with existing curb and gutter.
(B) Specifically.
(1) Curbs and gutters.
(a) Curbs and gutters shall be installed on streets in accordance with the current minimum construction standards of the State Division of Highways for subdivision roads.
(b) Curbs and gutters shall be a combination curb and gutter or other construction as the Public Works Director may approve.
(2) Water supply. Construct or cause to be constructed adequate water lines to serve every lot in accordance with town standards.
(3) Sewage disposal. Construct or cause to be constructed adequate lines to serve every lot within the subdivision.
