§ 153.14 DESIGN STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS; BUFFER STRIPS.

It is recommended that in residential districts a buffer strip of at least 50 feet in depth in addition to the normal lot depth required be provided adjacent to all railroads, limited access highways, and nonresidential developments.
