§ 153.12 DESIGN STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS; HEALTH DIRECTOR APPROVAL.
   If a public water system is not available for property proposed to be subdivided, a written statement from the County Health Director shall be submitted with the preliminary plan indicating that each lot has adequate land area and suitable topography to accommodate the proposed methods of water supply and sewage disposal. If percolation tests are required before Health Director approval, then the cost of the test shall be borne by the developer or owner of the property as the town shall assume no financial responsibility for the test.
