(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The punishment for violation of § 130.01 shall be a fine of up to $500 and/or imprisonment up to six months.
(C) Violation of § 130.02 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both, within the discretion of the court.
