§ 130.03 DISCHARGING GUNS, FIREARMS, AND FIRECRACKERS FORBIDDEN.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm, firecracker, cannon cracker, or other fireworks or things of like character, or any bow and arrow, sling shot, bean shooter, rubber sling, or cap gun, within the city limits, without having a town permit to do so.
