§ 30.06 DIVISION OF DUTIES.

   The Mayor, by and with the advice and consent of the Board, shall appoint the following Commissioners, whose duties shall be to act under instructions of the full Board in a supervisory capacity over the respective departments of the municipal government from the membership of the Board:

   (A)   Commissioner of Health;

   (B)   Commissioner of Industrial Development;

   (C)   Commissioner of Public Safety;

   (D)   Public Works Director; and

   (E)   Commissioner of Streets.
