(A) Driveways shall be constructed of portland cement concrete in one course as well as adequate drainage materials such as culverts, pipes, when required, if the immediate area abutting the driveway is generally constructed of materials that consist of concrete, asphalt paving material and/or drainage materials. In the event the predominant material used in the area surrounding the proposed driveway is dirt or gravel, then those same materials shall be allowed.
(B) The maximum width of driveway entrances to streets shall be 40 feet per entrance.
