§ 94.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Sections 94.075 through 94.078.

      (1)   Any owner, lessee, tenant, occupant, or other person in charge of any commercial establishment or premises within the meaning of § 94.077 who fails to abide by the provisions of §§ 94.075 through 94.078 shall be subject to a penalty of $50, in addition to the penal provisions of state law for violations of municipal ordinances.

      (2)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 94.075 through 94.078 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $50, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
