§ 94.002 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STREETS.
   (A)   Dedication for public use on recorded map. Streets shall be considered for acceptance for maintenance by the town when the proper width street is dedicated for public use and a map is recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds.
   (B)   Sloping of banks when applicant does not control all property abutting street. When a person filing an application with the Public Works Director for acceptance of a public street does not control all property frontage abutting the street acceptance of which is desired, the applicant shall attempt to secure written approval from owners permitting sloping of banks on private property not in his or her control and furnish copies to the office of the Public Works Director; provided, however, that this requirement shall not be construed to delay the project unduly.
   (C)   Construction requirements. Streets must be constructed in compliance with the standards that are or may be established in the town's subdivision regulations.
