The streets, or parts thereof, listed below are hereby designated as passenger loading and unloading zones, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle therein during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for any purpose other than the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, and then only for a period not to exceed ten minutes: east side of Marshall St., 100 feet south from East Church Street.
