§ 71.65 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle to attach the bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, or toy vehicle or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.
