§ 55.23 CONNECTION OF PRIVATE LINES WITH TOWN LINES.

Upon the completion of the construction and laying of the utility lines as authorized by the Board for connection, and upon inspection and approval thereof by the town, the dedicators shall be permitted to connect the private utility lines with the utility lines and system of the town upon the terms and conditions prescribed by this chapter and the deed of dedication and contract executed by the dedicators.
