§ 55.16 PRIOR APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AND MAP REQUIRED.
   (A)   When the private utility lines or systems are to be laid and constructed within any residential development or subdivision, the subdivision and the map thereof showing the property lines and subdivision of lots and the layout of streets must have been duly approved by the Town Administrator and the Board before the Board will approve any application for permission to make connections with the water and/or sewer systems of the town.
   (B)   No new utility service shall be furnished outside the town limits on any street right-of-way less than 50 feet in width, unless otherwise approved by the Board.
