§ 35.40 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PERSON.  Any individual in the employ of the Village of Roscoe (Village).

   PUBLICLY POST or PUBLICLY DISPLAY. To intentionally communicate or otherwise intentionally make available to the general public.
