§ 33.083  MAXIMUM HOURS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   A part-time police officer shall have all the responsibilities of a full-time police officer and such specific duties as delineated in the General Orders of the Village of Roscoe Police Department, but the number of hours a part-time officer may work within a calendar year is restricted. No part-time police officer shall work more than 1,560 hours per calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
   (B)   Furthermore, no part-time police officer shall be used as a permanent replacement for a permanent full-time police officer nor shall a part-time police officer be assigned to supervise or direct full-time police officers.
   (C)   All part-time police officers shall be trained in accordance with the Illinois Police Training Act (ILCS Ch. 50, Act 705, §§ 1 et seq.) and the rules and requirements of the ILETSB.
