§ 155.209  PUBLIC HEARING; PROCEDURE.
   At the public hearing the Zoning Board of Appeals shall review the application and may review pertinent evidence as to why or how the proposed change is consistent with the purpose and intent of the zoning ordinance prescribed in §§ 155.001 and 155.002.
