§ 155.193  REVOCATION.
   (A)   A variance granted subject to a condition or conditions shall be revoked by the Zoning Board of Appeals if the condition or conditions are not complied with.  The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing within 45 days, in accord with the procedure prescribed in § 155.187, and if not satisfied that the regulation, general provision, or condition is being complied with, may revoke the variance or to take any action as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the regulation, general provision, or condition.
   (B)   Within 5 days following the date of a decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals revoking a variance, the Zoning Administrator shall transmit to the Board of Trustees written notice of the decision.  The decision shall become final 10 days following the date on which the variance was revoked or on the day following the next meeting of the Board of Trustees, whichever is later, unless an appeal has been taken to the Board of Trustees, or unless the Board of Trustees shall elect to review the decision of the Zoning Board of appeals, in which cases § 155.191 shall apply.
