§ 155.190  ACTION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   The Zoning Board of Appeals may recommend an application for a variation as the variation was applied for, or in modified form, or the application may be denied.  The recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall then be forwarded to the Village Board.

   (B)   The concurring vote of 4 members of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be necessary to authorize any variation in this chapter and to recommend same to the Village Board.

   (C)   Within 5 days following the date of a decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals on a variation application, the Zoning Administrator shall transmit to the Village Board written notice of the decision.
