§ 155.152  SPECIAL USE ALLOWING LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS.
A special use permit granted pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter allowing liquor establishments, including but not limited to packaged liquor stores and taverns, is restricted to the special use permit for the particular class of license granted.  In the event that the owner(s) of those premises, or licensee seeks to change the classification of a license granted pursuant to a special use permit to a different class license than that granted pursuant to the special use permit, a new special use permit must be applied for as provided herein.
