§ 155.146  ACTION OF VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   (A)   The Village Board may affirm, reverse, or modify a decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals, provided that if a decision denying a special use permit is reversed or a decision granting a use permit is modified, the Village Board, on the basis of the record transmitted by the Zoning Administrator and any additional evidence as may be submitted, shall make the findings prerequisite to the granting of a special use permit prescribed in § 155.144.  A special use permit shall become effective immediately after it is granted by resolution of the Village Board.

   (B)   An application for a special use permit shall be passed by the concurrence of a majority of all members then holding office on the Village Board, including the President.
