§ 155.109  DISTANCE BUFFERING.
   Certain uses and activities are inherently incompatible with other uses and activities and are hereby required to be separated as indicated as follows so as to reduce conflict and to maintain amenity.

Swimming pools
All swimming pools, measured from the edge of the water, shall be a minimum of 10 feet from the property line and surrounded by a security fence which is a minimum of 4 feet in height. All gates shall be secured when pool is unattended. Aboveground pools with wall 4 feet in height or higher shall not require a fence; however, ladders for these pools shall be removed when not in use and steps to decks abutting these pools shall be secured with gates when unattended.
