§ 155.094  EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions from the sign requirements in this subchapter may be authorized by the Zoning Board of Appeals and approved by the Village Board after specific finding by the Zoning Board of Appeals that the exception is reasonable and necessary under special circumstances for which the exception is requested, and that the exception will not violate the intent of these provisions.  Exceptions shall be processed as special uses subject to necessary public hearings and all of the other provisions of this subchapter with respect to special uses.  The Zoning Board of Appeals may stipulate conditions it deems necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare.
