§ 155.019  ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
   An accessory structure not exceeding the height limits prescribed in the Zoning Schedule, Appendix A, may be located in the required rear yard, provided that it meets the following conditions:
   (A)   Maximum number; size; construction.
      (1)   A total of one accessory structure may be permitted on any parcel that is zoned Residential.
      (2)   The permitted square footage of an accessory structure shall not exceed 25% of the total square footage of the buildable rear yard for the lot upon which it is located, provided that, no accessory structure shall exceed a maximum square footage of 672 square feet.
   (B)   Location of structure.
      (1)   No accessory structure shall be located in a required front or side yard.
      (2)   No accessory structure shall be located closer to a side or rear lot than the minimum distances prescribed in the Zoning Schedule.
      (3)   That on a reverse street corner lot, a lone accessory structure shall not be located closer to the rear property line that the required side yard of the adjoining key lot and not closer to the street than the required front yard of the adjoining key lot.
