§ 32.22 APPOINTMENT OF BOARD.

This Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall appoint all full-time officers of the Police Department of the Village. All appointments made by the Fire and Police Commissioners shall be from the rank next below that to which the appointment shall be made, other than that of the lowest rank.
