The Zoning Schedule in Appendix A of this chapter describes the basic site, yard, usable open space, and screening and landscaping regulations that shall apply in the districts as indicated in the schedule. These basic requirements are defined and supplemented by the additional requirements and exceptions prescribed in subsequent sections of this subchapter.
