(A) Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall constitute a violation; and any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) The owner or tenant of any structure, premises or part thereof, any architect, building, contractor, agent, or other person who commits, participates or assists in or maintains any such violation may each be found guilty of a separate offense and subjected to the above penalties.
