(A) The building, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, and 1- and 2-family dwelling codes of the county, and any amendments, deletions, and additions thereto, are adopted by reference as parts of this section.
(B) The county’s fee schedules for the construction, enlargement, alteration or demolition of structures; or the change of occupancy of buildings or structures requiring greater strength, exitway or sanitary provisions; or the change to prohibited uses; or the installation or alteration of equipment regulated by these county codes shall apply in the Village.
(C) (1) Applicability to village-owned property. Except for those regulations set forth in this division (C), the provisions of this section shall not apply to those buildings or properties owned and/or operated by the Village of Roscoe, Illinois.
(2) Plan review and inspection of village buildings. The Village President shall appoint with the advice ad consent of the Board of Trustees, a qualified person or company to conduct the plan review and building inspections of those buildings constructed under the control of the Village of Roscoe, to ensure compliance with those building codes adopted, or hereafter amended by the Roscoe Code of Ordinances.
