§ 135.02 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm within the Village; provided, however, that this section shall not be construed to prevent any police officer from discharging a firearm in the performance of his or her duty, nor any citizen from discharging any firearm when lawfully defending his or her person or property.
