(A) Any person who performs, offers or agrees to perform any of the following acts for money commits an act of prostitution, which is unlawful:
(1) Any act of sexual intercourse; or
(2) Any act of deviate sexual conduct.
(B) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEVIATE SEXUAL CONDUCT. For the purpose of this section and § 133.04, means any act of sexual gratification involving the sex organs of one person and the mouth or anus of another.
