§ 111.16 EXEMPTIONS.

(A) Organizations which, because of their recognized civic, patriotic, philanthropic, or eleemosynary accomplishments, have received the specific approval of the President and Board of Trustees to make solicitations and canvasses within the Village; and

(B) Persons under the age of 16 years who live within the Village.
