§ 111.04  ITINERANT PHOTOGRAPHERS.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ITINERANT PHOTOGRAPHER. Any person engaging or intending to engage in business as a photographer in the Village for a period of time not exceeding 100 days.
   (B)   License.  It shall be unlawful for any person to engage as an itinerant photographer within the Village unless a license is first obtained therefor from the Village.  The license fee shall be $10 per day with a maximum paid of $200 per calendar year.
   (C)   Bond.  Before any itinerant photographer license shall be issued by the Village, a bond in the amount of $1,000 shall be filed by the applicant therefor, conditioned upon compliance, by the applicant and all employees or associates working with him or her in the Village, within this code and all ordinances pertaining to the business and upon fulfillment of any contract entered into between the itinerant photographer and any person in the Village.
