§ 93.20  REPAIRS REQUIRED; SUPERVISION.
   (A)   All public street, alley, or sidewalk pavements shall be kept in good repair, and it shall be unlawful for any person to permit any sidewalk in front of his or her premises to remain out of repair so as to cause an obstruction or to endanger those persons who use it in its customary form.
   (B)   The Village Superintendent of Public Works shall establish and maintain a sidewalk inspection program, wherein all sidewalks within the Village limits shall be inspected on an annual basis, and such inspection reports shall remain on file, and for public inspection.
   (C)   This repair work, whether done by the Village or by the abutting owner, shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works.
