§ 92.27  SPEED OF VEHICLES.
   No person shall drive any vehicle within the park system at a speed greater than 15 miles per hour, or greater than is reasonable and proper with regard to traffic conditions and the use of the roadway, or at a speed that endangers the safety of any person or property.
