Anyone desiring to reserve the shelter house may do so by obtaining a permit from the Village Clerk upon payment of a fee as follows:
(A) A resident of the Village shall deposit with the Village Clerk upon application for the use of a Village park shelter house the sum of $25, which is nonrefundable.
(B) A nonresident of the Village shall deposit with the Village Clerk upon application for the use of a Village park shelter house the sum of $50, which is nonrefundable.
(C) A nonrefundable $15 per day additional fee is required if any beer or wine is consumed at the park. The beer and wine must be consumed in the shelter house only.
(D) A $100 nonrefundable fee per day is required for all events, whether or not a shelter house is used.
(E) Fees may be waived for not-for-profit organizations with prior approval of the Village Board of Trustees.
