§ 92.01MISCELLANEOUS RULES.
   (A)   Injury to trees, shrubs, structures, and properties. No person shall cut, break, or in any way injure or deface any tree, shrub, plant, flower, turf, or any of the buildings or other structures and properties, or dig into the soil or into any road, park, parkway, or playground within the parks without permission of the Director to do so.
   (B)   Animals, vehicles.  No person shall ride, drive, or lead any animal, except dogs, over or through any park or playground in the district, or haul, drag, or ride any vehicle therein, except in the roads or areas provided for those purposes.
   (C)   Intoxicated persons; disorderly conduct.  No person while in the state of intoxication shall lounge or wander about the parks or playgrounds, or create any disturbance or disorderly conduct therein.
   (D)   Fights.  No person within the limits of the parks or playgrounds shall engage in, instigate, cause or procure any prize fight, dogfight, cockfight, or any public or private fighting.
   (E)   Trespass and the like.  No person shall trespass, stand, walk, ride, or write upon any place laid out and appropriated for shrubbery or grass, when there shall have been placed thereon a sign forbidding same.
