§ 72.67  VIOLATION AND FINE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   A fine of $30 is assessed for the following violations:
      (1)   Parked in reserved stall;
      (2)   Parked within 20 feet of crosswalk;
      (3)   Parked within 15 feet of hydrant;
      (4)   Parked in official vehicle zone;
      (5)   Parked in commercial loading zone;
      (6)   Parked within 30 feet of stop sign or signal;
      (7)   Parked in passenger loading zone;
      (8)   Parked in front of private or public driveway;
      (9)   Unauthorized parking on private property; and
      (10)   All other prohibited parking not included in any other scheduled violations.
   (B)   A fine of $50 is assessed for the following violations:
      (1)   Parked in prohibited spaces during snow removal;
      (2)   Parked in prohibited spaces during street cleaning;
      (3)   Parked over 48 hours without moving;
      (4)   Vehicle towed – ignored 48-hour removal notice;
      (5)   Parked in posted no parking zone; and
      (6)   Parking on sidewalk, bike, or recreation path access to the same.
   (C)   A fine of $100 is assessed for parking in the fire lane.
   (D)   A fine of $300 in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal and storage of any motor vehicle for parking in person with disabilities stall without proper registration plates or sticker provided by proper authority.
   (E)   All fines are to be paid within 10 days of issuance.  After 10 days the fine will double in cost.  If not paid within 30 days a complaint will be filed with the Winnebago County Circuit Court, or a summons and report of violation will be issued under the Village’s administrative hearing code for administrative adjudication, and violator will be liable for additional fines and costs.
   (F)   Any person entitled to possession of a vehicle towed or impounded for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule shall pay all charges and expenses connected with the removal and storage of the motor vehicle, as set forth in this Code.
   (G)   All fines shall be paid to the Village Clerk, Village of Roscoe, 10595 Main Street, Roscoe, Illinois during the normal working hours, and such payment shall be made by cash, certified check, money order, or credit card.
