§ 110.42  RAFFLE ORDINANCE.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall conduct a raffle or sell chances for raffle in the Village without first having obtained a license pursuant to the Raffle Ordinance of Winnebago County as adopted by the Winnebago County Board in October of 1998, which has been adopted in its entirety and is enforceable within the Village limits.
