§ 110.05  ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF LICENSE, PERMIT.
   (A)   If after due consideration of the information contained within the application and the related investigation and/or inspection, the officer designated to make such investigative report determines that the applicant does not meet the standards set forth in this chapter, such license shall be denied. Thereupon, the Village Clerk shall promptly notify the applicant that no license will be issued, indicating the reasons therefor.
   (B)   If after due consideration of the information contained within the application and the related investigative report, the officer designated to make such investigative report determines that the applicant meets the standards set forth in this chapter, or when no such investigations or inspections are required under the applicable provisions in this chapter, such license shall be granted and the Village Clerk shall notify the applicant thereof.
   (C)   Each license or permit issued by the Village shall bear the signatures of the President and the Village Clerk in the absence of any provision to the contrary.
