§ 95.12  VILLAGE SPONSORED EVENTS.
   The following special events are designated as “Village sponsored events” for the purposes of the Village’s special event permitting process:
   (A)    Event: Memorial Day Parade;
   (B)   Event: Roscoe Fall Festival Parade; and
   (C)   Event: Roscoe Christmas Parade.
