Eligibility to receive residential waste collection services contracted and provided by the Village of Roscoe shall be limited to the following classifications of residential properties, regardless of the form or structure of ownership which are located within the corporate limits of the Village:
(A) Single-family, detached, residential properties.
(B) Two-family (duplex), attached, residential properties.
